- River City is an R rated comic, so some topics here may not be suitable for minors. That means this is a 16+.
- Bigotry of any form will not be tolerated.
- Keep politics to a minimum, and warn appropriately
- Absolutely no talk or images of heavy gore.
- Do not post 18+ content anywhere in the forum (until an age locked section can be established)
- Don't be a dick
- Art Gallery: Posting all of your art stuff, sketches, etc.
- Self Promotion: Posting links to things off site, one thread per user
- Other webcomics: You can post links to your own comics if you wish, but do not post links to every new update (you can do that in self promo)
- Threads for self promotion are only allowed in self promotion areas, unless contextually allowed (ie someone asks for a link to something)
- Do not double post (ie if you post something in fan creations, do not immediately post it art gallery, but you can post it after a few days)
- Posting just to "bump" a thread is not allowed, wait until you have new content to add
